Discovery
Real Estate agents challenges in the tedious and error-prone process of collecting and entering property information into multiple platforms such as the MLS, marketing tools and transaction management systems. The goal of the research was to determine if a proposed solution, to streamline the entry of listing data, would be valuable to agents.

Methodology
The approach involved one-on-one, 30 minute remote interviews with eleven real estate agents. These agents mostly had high volume transactions where they entered data often into their systems. The agents were from various states from most regions of the US and were in different markets (rural vs urban).
Impact

1
Confirmed Value
Interviews revealed clear opportunities to streamline listing workflows and improve operational efficiency for agents
2
Design Opportunities
Feedback from agents provided insight into other pain points within the listing entry process including duplicative entry into multiple systems.
3
Agent Expectations
Agents expected seamless integration with existing systems with data sharing across those systems. They also preferred flexible workflows to accommodate specific market needs
